Aqua Drill International has vast experience in the pre-commissioning sector with many successful projects completed both foreign and domestic. The inspection division has been a key part of these projects verifying that the piping systems are in accordance with the Build It Clean (BIC) protocols, and verify that critical systems are clean and clear before initial start up. Additionally, the division also runs post cleaning inspections to visually verify that any debris and/or scale has been effectively removed. Our inspectors are able to verify differences between WJ-1, WJ-2 and WJ-3 cleanliness specs and general scale make-up as well as run Foreign Object Search & Retrieval (FOSAR) missions for objects or debris that may be left in a system.
